A blend of Prince Edward County fruit which brings amazing minerality, and fruit from the heart of the Vineland Bench which brings amazing fruit and aromatics. Fermented in horizontal tanks with lots of solids to truly express the amazing terroir we have here in Ontario. Aged on the fine lees for 6 months prior to bottling.
This wine has beautiful fresh. granny smith apple notes and the perfect balance of sugar and acidity. We like to call it just dry. Perfect summer sipper coming in at a lovely low 11.5% alcohol.
