This is a wonderful selection of bone-dry aromatic whites to enjoy during the hot summer weather.

Included are two Gewürztraminers, which most people would not normally order because they are associated with being too sweet. Our 2021 Gewürztraminer is bone-dry, spicy, floral, and is a true testament to this amazing variety. The 2021 Cuvée Orange Gewürztraminer is an Orange for the people. Ten days on the skins and very gluggable, in such a gorgeous colour.

Another great opportunity to see the difference between skin contact and non-skin contact – Our 2021 Cuvée Tornado is an 18 hour skin contact, rosé coloured Pinot Gris. The 2021 County Pinot Gris has no skin contact at all. Harvested on the same day from the same vineyard, the different expressions of these two wines are purely defined by the winemaking process.

Our 2021 Calcaire is the best oyster wine we have. A classic expression of the beautiful limestone soils that we have here in Prince Edward County. Last but not least, our 2017 John Bil Cuvée which veteran wine writer Bob Cluett recently wrote about saying “Hardie’s 2017 John Bil Cuvée is the ruling monarch of under $30 Chards.”
